I jokingly called pie coccociocco, because it is a coconut cake with the variant, it combines the taste of coconut and the chocolate, but just mentioned.
I assure you that is very delicate.
The recipe is my free interpretation of a recipe to a coworker, which garnishes a coconut cake with a layer of nutella. But I decided to show a bit of bitter chocolate powder inside.
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour 200 gr grated coconut
80 grams of butter 2 eggs
100g caster sugar 1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking
50 grams of chocolate
Mix the sugar with the butter, add flour, coconut, and chocolate.
Whip the egg whites and always separate the yolks with a pinch of salt. Combine the flour to the mixture, dissolve the yeast in the milk and add to the mix. Stir, stir, stir, and after a buttered cake pan pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
