For my birthday I finished the meal with a simple but tasty sweet and simple preparation.
This is sweet:
80 g sugar 60 g butter
25 g flour 20 g cocoa powder 120 gr
bitter chocolate 2 eggs
water bath melt the chocolate and butter. Apart beat eggs with chocolate powder, sugar and flour. Add the chocolate mixture warm. Brush the molds with a little 'of butter and a little' flour and half filled. Preheat oven to 220 degrees, then place the molds on the baking tray and bake for about 8 minutes. Finish cooking when the surface of the cake begins to swell and chapping. Allow to cool for ten minutes, then invert each mold on serving dish and serve warm.
can be served with strawberry sauce or simply with cream or ice cream.
